working principle
The IONSTORM controllable static eliminator emits positive and negative ions from a dedicated static emitting needle, and the pulses drive the ions to the target that needs to neutralize static electricity.
Ionized air supplies ions to neutralize the target's static electricity. When the electrostatic charge is higher, more ions are attracted to the target.
The IONSTORM ion bar uses the power supply for the 3700 IONSTORM controller.
Ionstorm static eliminators can be used on winders, molds, assembly platforms, hoppers, and more – anywhere static control is required from a distance.

Size -- A single sturdy ion rod can be up to 3 meters long. Can be connected up to 10 meters.
Launcher--F. R. ABS housing, tungsten launcher. Lost or damaged can be replaced.
Cable -- Standard configuration is 2m HT cable. The cable length is 10 meters. Cable nylon tube protector.
CONNECTIONS -- Quickly connect to the controller's bayonet connector. Multiple ion bars can share a power supply controller junction box.
Mounting -- Adjustable M6 x 25mm "T" slot. See schematic.
